Frequently Asked Questions FAQ

Can you produce identically "our current product" (a replacement for the current supplier)?

Yes. We start by comparing the reference, specifications and quality requirements. If something is missing – we take measurements, agree on tolerances and prepare a reference version (so-called “golden sample”).

Do you sign NDAs and secure know-how?

Yes. As a standard, we work on NDAs and confidentiality arrangements, and we keep production records in a controlled loop.

Do you do private label (our logo, our brand, our packaging)?

Yes. We can supply the product with your branding: nameplates, engraving/laser, stickers, labels, cartons, instructions, EAN.

Can you make modifications to the design to lower the cost or improve the quality?

Yes. If the goal is to improve margins, production stability or reduce complaints – we propose material/technology changes and show trade-offs (cost vs. durability vs. appearance).

What is the process of implementing a new product (OEM)?

Typically: brief/specification → valuation and risks → prototype → testing and acceptance → pilot series → batch production + quality control plan.

Can you work on our documentation (drawings, CAD)?

Yes. We prefer complete: drawing with tolerances, material, finish, packaging/labeling requirements. If there is no complete documentation – we help complete it.

What materials and finishes do you offer?

Depending on the product: structural steels, high temperature solutions, different thicknesses, powder coating, raw steel, decorative effects, etc. We match the concrete to your specifications, market and durability expectations.

What are the minimum quantities (MOQs)?

The MOQ depends on the model. For standard products, it is often possible to start with a pilot batch, and ultimately we optimize the MOQ for the customer’s cost and production plan.

What are the lead times?

With permanent cooperation, we establish a production window and maintain a rhythm of deliveries (e.g., seasonal/monthly).

Do you hold inventory for OEMs?

Various models are possible: custom production, safety buffer, consignment. We match the cooperation model to seasonality and turnover.

Can you dropshipping to our customers?

In OEM projects it is possible, but requires clear rules: shipping labels, branding, documents, SLAs and handling returns.

How do you package your products?

We tailor packaging to the sales channel: e-commerce (secure in package), palletized B2B, warehouse requirements. We agree on packaging tests, markings and set of documents.

Do you provide installation and use instructions?

Yes – we provide instructions and safety labels in the language of your choice.

Do you offer territorial/product exclusivity?

Exclusivity always comes with conditions (e.g., volume, purchase plan, minimum turnover, geographic scope).

What are the terms of payment and billing?

We set them individually (for the first orders, the standard is to hedge the risk, and for permanent cooperation you can negotiate terms).

What is needed for a quick quote?

Product photos/pattern, dimensions, material and thickness, finish, annual volume, expected packaging, delivery location and cooperation model (OEM/private label).
